This is a precision fragile, extremely expensive tool that is unlikely to be useful on a day-to-day basis by most members. Hence induction is required and it is not permanently located in the Hackspace.

The basic specification is up to 7.5 digits, best resolution 1µV / 1mΩ, input impedance around 10GΩ.

Possible uses: calibrating other equipment, measuring small voltages and voltage changes.

There is also a medium-precision voltage source based on an ADR4550B, which is 5.000V ±1mV, and divided down to get 1.250V, 2.500V and 3.750V.

If interested in using it, contact Tom Gardner.
