The Circuitmate CM20A is a nice little 2000-count capacitance meter with ranges from 200pF to 20000uF.

It is accurate provided you correctly null-out the effects of leads: my “standard” mica capacitor marked as 1006.75pF is measured as 1.005nF.

Don't forget that when measuring old electrolytics, the capacitance can be within tolerance but the ESR unacceptably high.

After use, please don't forget to turn it off, and do return it to the shelf above electronics testbench.
